Wesley School dominated the finals. In the boys singles finals Stephen Horsefall met his school buddy David O'Sullivan. This game was played with great energy, but Horsefall crepted ahead at the final stages to win 30-28. In the boys doubles final Horsefall and O'Sullivan teamed up together to take on fellow Wesley boys, the Belton brothers of Ian and Stephen. The Belton brothers had a little too much experience and took the title 30-22.

There was a poor entry in the girl’s U/17 event, so there was a round robin played in the girl’s singles. After a number of games played, Beaufort's Jessica Jermyn was the victor with runner up position going to Niamh Ryan of Mary Field Drumcondra.

At the U/15 age group there was a lot of competitive matches. St Kevins CBS, Ciaran Murray met Gormonston College, Neil O'Flaherty, in the boy’s singles event. Murray who recently injured his arm and had not played many competitive matches was slow to get going. O'Flaherty moved his opponent around the four corners of the court, but Murray stood up to the task and took the singles title 30-27.

In the U/15 boys doubles final, O'Flaherty was not disappointed for too long as he teamed up with fellow schoolmate Ciaran Brown to take on Murray and Skerries, Sam Conlon. This was a well fought boys doubles game, but this time the honors went to O’ Flaherty and Brown with a score of 30-24.

In the U/15 girls singles final old rivals Mairead Fanning (St Colmcille Knocklyon) met St Dominic’s College, Jane Killoch. These girls who are great friends fought hard for each point, but Fanning started to take hold of the game and eased slightly ahead and went on to take the title 30-26. There was also a poor entry in the U/15 girl’s doubles event, so the organisers ran a round robin event. The final placing of this event was in 1st position Kate Daly (St Andrews College) and Leanne Kelly (Loreto College Balbriggan) and runner up position went to Mary Fitzmaurice (DunshaughlinCC) and Finola Kane (Loreto Navan)
