Although it was 3 set match with Scott winning the middle set only (Scott Lost 21-14,13-21,21-14), it has given the 19-year-old Dundrum lad some confidence, prior to the Welsh Open next week and for the Irish Open on the 7th of Dec in Lisburn.

Next week there is a number of Irish traveling to Wales to play in the Open, Scott Evans, Alex Sim, and Ruth Kilkenny and Also more of our Irish based players will be there.
