Scott Evans has arrived in Jakarta for the Indonesian Super Series which starts tomorrow with the qualification rounds. Scott was initially seeded number 1 in the qualification tournament but with the withdrawal of several of the players from the main draw Scott has been promoted to that main draw and will play Peter Gade of Denmark in the first round on Wednesday.

Scott is really looking forward to the prospect of playing one of the games most influential players over the past decade and having played and trained with Peter Gade on many occasions he feels he is perfectly situated to cause an upset. An added twist to the tale is that Scott’s coach, Jim Laugesen, knows Peter Gade inside out as they have been long time friends on and off the court.
