It's a great idea having rankings for all sections Senior, Junior, underage - the simple fact is that they are just not available (to the best of my knowledge)  I'm not sure if there is anyone even responsible for it...

Maybe that is what is needed, a rankings sub-committee of two or three people, similar to a handicap Sec in golf clubs,  that are responsible for organising how the ranking will be organised in each section, what tournaments count towards Senior, Junior etc How they are weighted etc!!
